Place the unwashed and unworn fashion items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
